The service

PicBGRemover provides a browser-based image background removal and color replacement tool. The free service is provided without an account. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product develops.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of images you process. You must have the rights and permission needed to use each image. Do not use PicBGRemover to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights, or for unlawful or harmful activity.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website.
• Do not distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not misrepresent PicBGRemover output as proof of authenticity or use it to deceive others.

Intellectual property

The PicBGRemover name, interface, website copy, and original code and assets are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant rights to third-party models or libraries beyond their respective licenses.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Automated cutouts can contain errors, particularly with hair, transparent objects, motion blur, or low contrast. Review every result before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PicBGRemover is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
